As a writer she focuses on the topics of food, agriculture, social justice and travel. In addition to writing articles for publication, Leigh also concentrates on web content and non-fiction manuscript editing and development. Her writing has been published in local and international magazines and she is working on a full length manuscript.
In the culinary field Leigh manages events and projects for food and agriculture related business and organizations. Raised in Boston with dual US and Italian citizenship, she is most inspired by seasonal New England, and regional Italian foods. Leigh has a deep appreciation for the region’s farms, producers, restaurants and chefs.
Leigh holds a bachelor’s degree in sustainable agriculture and master’s degree in English/non-fiction writing.
